Democracy

How STORE is governed — and how you can plug into it.

Governors vote directly on network rules through a constitutional review-and-vote process. STORE also sells this same governance system to other AI companies as Democracy-as-a-Service.

The AI kill switch

STORE's governance architecture is designed to let human governors halt AI activity that violates the network's rules. This is a claim about AI activity governed within STORE's own architecture specifically — not a claim that STORE can shut down arbitrary AI systems outside its network.

Democracy as a service

STORE doesn't just use its governance model. It sells it.

Other AI companies can plug into the same voting, ballot, and kill-switch system that has governed STORE itself for 1,800+ days — without building it themselves. STORE brings the democracy; they bring the AI.

Why this is a real product, not a side idea

Regulation is pushing this from nice-to-have to necessary: the EU AI Act requires demonstrable governance of high-risk AI systems, and STORE positions its compliance record (branded "Trust Receipt") as evidence of that governance.
