Monetary System
How payments, pricing, and settlement work.
STORE's materials describe a multi-lane payment system and a protocol-level conversion mechanism for non-STORE payments.
A three-lane payment architecture — as described, not fully confirmed
STORE's own materials describe three payment lanes: card payments via a Swiss Association plus FastSpring; STORE tokens paid directly, protocol-internal, with a stated 10% discount; and a card-to-USDC-to-STORE path via Transak One. Separately, STORE Pay (pay.storecloud.org) is described as a consumer-facing app for buying STORE and tracking orders. Whether STORE Pay is the same system as this three-lane architecture, or a separate front end to it, is never stated on the site. We're describing the lanes as documented rather than asserting a relationship we can't confirm.
Lane 1
Card payments, via a Swiss Association and FastSpring.
Lane 2
STORE tokens paid directly, protocol-internal, with a stated 10% discount.
Lane 3
Card → USDC → STORE, via Transak One.
The Convert Protocol
Payments made in any of 7 supported methods (STORE, USDC, ETH, BTC, card, or wire in USD/EUR/CHF) are converted to STORE "bits" at settlement, per a mechanism STORE's materials label internally as the Convert Protocol (MS-204). This is a settlement conversion, not a claim about STORE's market price or an investment mechanism.
